A hidden sanctuary for artists to disconnect, reset and create.

Private and design led, Subrosa has been thoughtfully curated to provide artists with a facility to unwind, plug-in and create. Co-founded by Seb Glover, a cultural innovator behind London’s electronic music institution, FOLD, in collaboration with lifestyle hospitality brand, Mason & Fifth. Our 'shoes-off' environment is designed for both internationally acclaimed and emerging artists to focus free from distraction. Available to book by the day, the half or quarter day, or set hours per month, Subrosa offers exceptional gear, highly trained and welcoming studio engineers and access to wellness facilities including an indoor pool, sauna, steam and gym. We also offer bespoke set ups to suit your requirements and guests can stay on site with accommodation available for a night or longer.

A space to think, feel & create, without boundaries
The space has been designed around what producers of today would want. Carefully considered industry-standard hardware and plugins, boutique outboard gear, and reference-grade monitoring. Every studio is fully sound-treated and ready for high-pressure sessions, whether you’re tracking live, mixing stem-heavy sessions, or pushing the limits of sound design. On top of this we offer access to custom-built plug-ins developed by our engineering team, plus tailored setups on request. If you need something specific, rare, or experimental — just ask. We’re on hand to support the way you work best.

A Guy Called Gerald

A pioneering British electronic music producer and DJ, best known as one of the foundational figures in acid house, jungle, and drum and bass. Famous for his DIY ethos and forward-thinking production style,  Gerald has spent over three decades innovating across genre, a true underground icon and restless creator.

Our studio is available for full-day, half-day or quarter-day bookings. For monthly arrangements, please speak to our team. All rates include red light therapy in the studio and access to The Grounding wellness facilities (indoor pool, gym, steam and sauna). We also provide our in-house engineer for an additional charge, which must be included for all first time bookings.
